The Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association, in collaboration with the Gems, Jewelry and Precious Metal Confederation of Thailand and Central Group through the Jewelry Trade Center (JTC), organized the “Jewelry Talent Matching Day 2026” at Jewel Hall, Jewelry Trade Center (JTC). The event was created as a platform to connect students, educational institutions, and entrepreneurs within the gems and jewelry industry, providing opportunities for the younger generation to showcase their potential through real-world projects while enabling businesses to discover future industry talent.
The event was honored by the welcoming remarks of Mr. Chomphol Phornchindarak, who also shared valuable industry insights and perspectives on the future direction of the gems and jewelry sector. Meanwhile, Mr. Somchai Phornchindarak officially opened the event, emphasizing the importance of building strong connections between the education sector and the business community to sustainably develop Thailand’s gems and jewelry industry.
Another key highlight of the event was an inspirational talk session featuring influencers and industry experts including Natasha Thongsroi, Rabiab Phochai, and Buranasak Wongsawettamal. In addition, the event featured a Design Panel Discussion led by internationally recognized designers Pichet Ruangsri and Thanarat Teeravoravong, who shared their global working experiences and exchanged ideas on jewelry design, creative development, and transforming creative concepts into actual production within the industry.
The event also showcased jewelry designs and prototype works from students representing various educational institutions, creating opportunities for internships and collaborations with leading companies in the industry.
