Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) warmly welcomed a delegation from the Guangzhou Panyu Jewelry Manufacturers Association on the occasion of their official visit to the Association. The visit aimed to strengthen the longstanding relationship between the two organizations and to discuss future business cooperation, as well as promote the gem and jewelry industry among members of both associations.

Leading the welcome were Chomphol Phornchindarak, President of TGJTA; Somchai Phornchindarak, President of the Gems, Jewelry and Precious Metal Confederation of Thailand (GJPCT); Hemans Jain, Vice President of TGJTA; Wilasinee Noknuam, Secretary General of TGJTA; together with members of the Association’s board, who joined in welcoming Huang Jianmin and his delegation.

During the visit, both parties also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association and the Guangzhou Panyu Jewelry Manufacturers Association. This marks an important milestone in advancing cooperation in trade, investment, knowledge exchange, manufacturing technology, and business networking opportunities between Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs in the future.

On this occasion, Chomphol Phornchindarak and Wilasinee Noknuam also led the delegation on a visit to Jewelry Trade Center, one of Thailand’s key gem and jewelry trading hubs. The visit offered valuable insight into the strength and potential of the Thai market while fostering confidence in future business opportunities.

This signing ceremony and official visit represent another significant step in connecting Thailand’s gem and jewelry industry to the global stage, while opening new doors for members of both organizations to expand markets and achieve sustainable growth together.
