Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) continues its commitment to empowering the next generation by promoting career pathways in the creative industry. The Association organized a career guidance program for jewelry designers and entrepreneurs in the gems and jewelry sector, aiming to broaden perspectives and inspire students with an interest in fashion and jewelry design.

This initiative provided an opportunity for students from Saint Gabriel’s College, enrolled in the Fine Arts, Decorative Arts, and Music program—who have a strong interest in fashion and jewelry design—to gain hands-on experience. The session was honored by the presence of Mr. Noppadol Prasertsian, a TGJTA committee member and one of Thailand’s leading experts in 3D CAD jewelry design, as well as the founder of Top Smith Academy, who shared valuable industry knowledge and real-world experience. He was joined by Mr. Pichet Ruangsri, a Jewelry Designer from Jewelry Design Studio, who co-conducted an introductory jewelry design workshop.

The workshop guided students through the fundamentals of jewelry design, from concept development and creative execution to practical approaches for advancing toward a professional career. It also introduced pathways to becoming entrepreneurs in the gems and jewelry business in the future.

This project reflects TGJTA’s strong commitment to developing the potential of Thai youth while driving the sustainable growth of the gems and jewelry industry by nurturing a new generation equipped with skills, creativity, and a modern understanding of the market.
