Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) continues its commitment to empowering and developing the potential of Thai youth toward creative career paths by organizing a career guidance program for aspiring jewelry designers and entrepreneurs. The initiative aims to broaden perspectives, inspire creativity, and systematically prepare students who are interested in entering the gems and jewelry industry.

This program was organized for students in the Jewelry and Metalwork Program at Poh-Chang Academy of Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin—an institution that plays a vital role in producing high-quality professionals for Thailand’s art and design sectors. The session featured Mr. Noppadol Prasertsian, a committee member of the Association, a leading expert in 3D CAD jewelry design in Thailand, and founder of Top Smith Academy. He shared comprehensive knowledge ranging from design concepts to commercial development, along with real-world industry experiences, enabling students to gain a clear understanding of career pathways.

Additionally, the program was honored by the participation of Mr. Pichet Ruangsri, a Jewelry Designer from Jewelry Design Studio, who provided guidance on career paths in jewelry design. His insights covered working within organizations, pursuing a freelance career, and expanding into entrepreneurship in the digital era—where creativity, technical skills, and market understanding must go hand in hand.

This initiative reflects TGJTA’s strong dedication to supporting the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and well-rounded perspectives needed to confidently enter the gems and jewelry industry, and to become a driving force in elevating Thailand’s industry onto the global stage in the future.
